Shipping & Return


We ship our robots worldwide using Canada Post with tracking. The shipping costs displayed when you check out are automatically calculated based on your location. Canada Post works with your local postal service to deliver the package once it gets to the final destination country.


We’re happy to refund an unopened product within 30 days of purchase.  To do that, just email us your name, order number and what you’d like to return to sales [at]

Once we receive your product, we’ll issue a refund to the credit card on file with your order.

We’re unable to reimburse the return shipment cost. To ensure the product is returned to us and you receive a refund, please send via a tracked shipping service.
