Camp, Class, and Workshop Policies

Here are our general refund rules around cancellation. Please visit the camp registration page for more specific dates for deadlines!

Summer and March Break Camps

• greater than 4 weeks notice before the first day of camp: 100% refund
• greater than 1 week notice before the first day of camp: 50% refund / 50% credit
• less than 1 week notice before the first day of camp: 100% credit

PA Day Camps

• greater than 3 weeks notice before the first day of camp: 100% refund
• greater than 1 week notice before the first day of camp: 50% refund / 50% credit
• less than 1 week notice before the first day of camp: 100% credit

For all day camps, we offer paid late pick-up services from 4-6pm. The prices below are charged per day, and will be billed via a separate invoice when your week of camp is over.

• 4-5pm: $10
• 5-6pm: $5 for every 15 minutes

Unfortunately, we do not offer partial credit or refunds for individual camp days missed. If requested, we can email parents a summary of the days activities, as well as instructions on how the child can engage with the content at home or on their own time.

• A FULL term refund can be issued if requested through email 24 hours before the start of the 3rd class.

• If a refund is requested after this time, store credit will be given for however many classes remain in the term. The store credit will be valid for up to 1 year.

Make-Up Classes

• You are always welcome to attend a Make-up class in the same week(s) of your absence(s) - check the Coding Club registration page for other timeslots in your skill level, and email us!

Missed Classes (unable to make-up)

• If you know you will be missing 2 classes or less BEFORE purchasing a term: please email us before the purchase, and we can discount up to 2 missed classes from your total. We would strongly recommend not missing more than 3 classes in a term, as this would put them significantly behind other students!

• Partial refunds or credit for missed classes requested AFTER purchasing a Term will not be permitted, except in exceptional circumstances (eg. medical and other unforeseen emergencies for the child or loved ones).

Refund Policy

• greater than 24 hours before class: 100% refund
• less than 24 hours before class: 100% credit, or reschedule to the next trial class

Discounts

• You can apply your trial class payment as a $10 credit towards any Coding Club Term, day camp, or future workshop (excluding Trial classes).
• this credit is stackable with other discounts offered throughout the year!

• greater than 48 hours before class: 100% refund
• less than 48 hours before class: 100% credit, or reschedule to the next available workshop

Unfortunately, at the moment we are operating on a pick-up only basis, at our HQ on 1832 Danforth Ave. Since we're a small team, our capacity to handle local and international shipping orders are very limited - but we're hoping to re-build capacity as time goes by!
